*Swat operation hero laid to rest*
As troops battle one of the biggest insurgencies in Swat, an army officer,
Major Abid Majeed, who lost his life Tuesday morning in Matta, was laid to
rest in Lahore. *Major Abid Majeed* received five bullet injuries and died
on the spot while rescuing two of his injured colleagues in Matta area of
Swat.
