Swat operation hero laid to rest

 

As troops battle one of the biggest insurgencies in Swat, an army officer, Major Abid Majeed, who lost his life Tuesday morning in Matta, was laid to rest in Lahore. Major Abid Majeed received five bullet injuries and died on the spot while rescuing two of his injured colleagues in Matta area of Swat.
