Beijing 2008 Olympics

Pakistan was represented at Beijing 2008 Olympics by 21 players, including a hockey squad (16 players), two track-and-field athletes, two swimmers and one shooter.

Swimmer Kiran Khan and sprinter Sadaf Siddiqui were the two women representing Pakistan. Traditionally, the Pakistani hockey team has produced good results at the Olympics.  However, the hockey team finished eighth in Beijing – their worst Olympic performance ever.
